    Power distribution block

Does anyone offer a product where you can just hook a heavy gauge (4 or 1) cable and distribute that to like 8-10 accessories? It would be nice if it was able to be weatherproof. Thanks for your help I tried Del City already and they had no products that will fit the bill

    Front disk conversion info

Just letting those of you doing a disc conversion know... When you install the calipers into place and if they are hitting the knuckle, then you have to fully clearance the caliper. If you do not do that, then the caliper will sit all funny and the pads will not grab the rotor properly. After...

    Power steering question

Hey everyone, I have my steering pump in (saginaw) with the hydroboost lines attached and all returns in place. I know that the system has filled pretty well, as there are no leaks and two quarts are in the lines and the pump. I have the F150 4x4x2 box. I put the bronco on jackstands to bleed...

    Hydroboost line diameter?

Does the diameter of the lines used in the hydroboost system matter? I have some larger size lines for my set up and wonder if I am not getting enough fluid pressure to activate the box. I know pressure and volume and inverselly proportional. I have the saginaw dual outlet box. Thanks.

    Madgyver where are you?

I think that you have the corvette MC for your brakes. If so, how did you adapt the 3/16 brake line to the larger opening on the MC? Thanks so much

    Steering lines fitting size?

I titled this something other than "Hydrboost" so everyone shoud appreciate that. I have the F150 steering box conversion, but I am sure that the fitting for the pressure lines is the same as the EB. Anyone know what size the fittings are for the high pressure lines? Once I figure that out, I...

    It breathes

Just wanted to let everyone know that I fired my beast with success today. Still need an exhaust, so for now it sounds more like blub, blub, blub with the exhaust running right off the turbo flange. Also have a bad oil cooler gasket, so I need to replace that. Engine seems to run really strong...

    eBay hydroboost bracket mass buy?

Hey everyone, I have a question. Who needs one of those angled brackets for the hydroboost from the eBay guy? Let's all see if we can get the guy to do a mass buy. I am sort of sick of waiting week after week for an auction to end and watching the dam thing getting bid way up by a lot of people...

    onboard air?

    Steering wheel/horn question

I have an aftermarket column that is using a grant steering wheel. The column only has one wire coming out for the horn. However, there are 2 posts on the steering wheel horn button. Is one of these simply a post that needs to be grounded? Then you hook the other wire to the other post? Thanks...

    F 150 4X4 steering box

For those who have done the gear swap in the F 150 4X4 steering box, what years of 4X2 should you look for? Also, is it just a straight swap, or do I need to worry about setting any tolerances such as endplay etc... I don't think so, but want to confirm.

    Getting close

Got all the Painless harness installed and loomed. Have the main lights and auxillary lights in place and temporarily wired to check them out. Also shot a night time gauge shot for everyone. Getting close to startup in a week or so hopefully. As you can see from the engine bay, wiring these...

    H4 question

Hey everyone, I need to know about the H4 upgrade. Do you just purchase the lights at NAPA or somewhere? I have seen people who have talked about buying them and not from the vendor. I think (big assumption hey) that an H4 upgrade is just the bulb right? In order to fit that bulb you need a...

4BT Cummins photos and info for those who asked

Okay, so here are the shots that everyone wanted to see. They are just various shots from around the engine bay. Here are the mods to this point and I will mention some things for those guys that just have some quick questions. 1) The manifold was a 6BT manifold that I had cut down and welded...

Gotta brag about my new front bumper

Had to work pretty hard to trade labor with the guy who did my front and rear bumper. He still has the rear bumper, but I am amped over the front. I just had to put in a weld shot to show the quality. This is where the project gets fun.
