You are right. NOT worth the hassle to rebuild. I'll try to pick up another one in the next day or so. I will let you all know if I get it working. Thanks for your help. Is there a list of Hydroboost donor vehicles I should look for?

I picked it up off an 84 Lincoln at the local Pull-A-Part. Maybe I will be able to get another one this weekend. You are right, this is a hassle. I don't want iffy steering or brakes carrying the family around. :-[

Still having issues at idle and the hydro is still leaking a bit near reservoir. Hope to get this figured out soon. Let me know if you guys have any other ideas. I will keep working at it. I think I need to take a break for a day to be able to look at this with fresh eyes. :(

OK I verified, by looking at HYDRATECH, that I have the line connected correctly to the hydro box. I placed the T closer to the box and shortened up the lines. Bled the system. Still no luck. The HYDRO is leaking more around the reservoir, so I am making some kind of progress :o . Would...

The HB and power steering are working fine when I rev the engine. It does not work at idle. The HB came of an 84 Lincoln Continental. I have not bled the system, not too sure how to bleed PS setup correctly. Not to sure on the pump type. I used a HP hose that I got with the HB to hook...

Dirty? We got it muddy a couple of times, but always washed it as soon as we were done. It's just too pretty to mess it up.....:D
