Yeah, I painstakingly checked everything out for any vacuum leak. My gauge shows a good leak while running when this booster is hooked up, no leak when unhooked and hose capped and no leak when the old rusted booster is hooked up. Thx

Nope, valve is ok. I tested a 40 year old booster I had in a pile of junk, just plugged it in in lstead of the new one. It does not cause engine stumble when I press on the back rod to actuate it. Looking at my vacuum gauge it has no real appreciable drop when pressed like the new one does. This...

Any ideas? My speedometer works for the first few miles and then just goes to zero and stops working until the next time I pull the truck out for a drive. I replaced the cable with a new one and the same thing occurs. Has me stumped
