Wonder if I need a new sending unit ;D

I couldn't tell you. A PO installed the 23 gal tank. I assume they replaced the sending unit when they installed it, but that was 12+ years ago, and she hasn't been run that much in that time. Maybe 1,000 total miles? So a lot of time for fuel to sit and the sending unit to get rusty.

Wonder if I need a new sending unit ;D

Dropped my tank that has sat for a few years, and emptied out the old gas. Looks like a thick sludge is stuck to the bottom of the tank (like alligator skin). I'm guessing that will wash out with a pressure washer. And I think I need a new sending unit! HA! I wonder if this is why the gas gauge...

Picked the body color, But White or Grey top?

Of those two, I'd go with white. But a lighter grey may work.

    ID this fuel tank manufacturer?

PO installed this fuel tank in my Bronco, and I can't quite make out the label. I'm just curious about it, so wondering if anyone here recognizes enough of this label that they can tell me who manufactured it? Thanks!

    Welding--Pre and Post Weld Sequence

Hey y'all, finally welding new floorpans and such into Annie B this weekend. I know a bit about Broncos, and nothing about welding. My buddies know a lot about welding, and nothing about Broncos. :) I hate to be the guy who asks a question for the millionth time. I have read a ton of threads...

Just to make sure we are on the same page--is the squishy part the ribbed part?

    Fuel tank removal

I'll give that a try. To say that I am concerned about blowing myself up would be an understatement. 😬

    Fuel tank removal

Am I ok to take a hand saw and cut through these fuel lines? I cannot get them loose, and I need to drop the tank.

    Krawlers edge roll cage

If you're concerned about hitting your knees or feet on your A pillar, check out the BC Broncos cage. It's got a removable A pillar. Plus, they roll tested it a bunch of times. A video of the test can be found somewhere on here. I went with a Bailie Bilt cage, and I couldn't be happier or...
