Anyone running a Warn 8274? I'm curious as to how you have it mounted. I've had an 8274 for about 7 years but it hasn't been on my Bronco, it's not done. (And at the rate I'm going with my build it will be a while.)

Anyone know which Bronco bumpers allow an 8274 to be mounted up.

I recently saw that Bailie Bilt is offering a Bronco specific front bumper that allows an 8274 bumper to be mounted up. see...

Call Gordon and ask him the difference between his and other bumpers that "fit" the 8274. I dare ya.

Here is my 8274 on a Hanson bumper. Before that I had it on a Warn bumper that I modified by moving the bumper 2" closer to the body. DSCN0626.jpg

Old School Build

Here is an 8274 mounted in an original Warn Chrome bumper. This Bronco was built to its current condition in the early eighties...( except for the engine...'69 351 Windsor was built a couple of years ago). We had the Bronco in our shop earlier in the week replacing the leaking Howe radiator with a Duff radiator, and changed the hood to a scooped hood what we fabricated at the same time we built the engine.

This is a cool Bronco......The same guy (A friend of mine that passed away last year) had owned this Bronco since '77. The Bronco is a '73 Ranger and it is now owned by the son of the long time owner.

Nice looking Warn package on the front...... The only pics I have are the ones I clicked in the shop. It was pouring rain outside!!!:(

Hey....We only did what he wanted us to do. He used his Bronco (deer and turkey hunting) alot!.. Frank told me that he thought he had put around 400,000 miles on this Bronco! The 351 we built had an aluminum intake, 670TA carb and a Comp Cam 280, 10:1 forged slugs, roller rockers, guide plates, screw in studs, all ballanced, etc., but it was too much for the way Frank used his truck. The cam was changed and the carb was changed to a motorcraft 4160 2 barrel, but this thing is still plenty strong!

My 76, I picked up in July. Mounted by a previous owner on a home built bumper. I recently sold the winch to a gentleman in Springfield MO, and removed the bumper for a factory chrome one. Using the Bronco for a daily driver so I didn't feel I needed the winch.

Quick revival to an old thread. My favorite 8274 mount so far. And the award goes to ... Nick's Trix (with help from Cross Ent bumper)...
