its a pre runner i think it cool and if i see it and its not bundled in with a bunch more that i give to the kids (they dont play with cars) i will pick it up

As of right now, based on some speculations, it looks most of the cases with this Bronco were shipped to Canada and countries other than the US. The photos from October were from Japan. I've seen a few people commenting that they've had luck finding them in Tawain.

As for the US, K-Mart seems to be the only place people are finding them. Wal-Mart is no longer carrying the Garage Line as it has been discontinued for 2012.

Here is the response from someone at Mattel about this Bronco and the other vehicle in the Hot Wheels Garage J case.

"The case was produced, and not shorted. We don't control distribution, but my guess is it was around the time WMT, TGT and other major domestic retailers were dropping the line.

If a big order came in from International, they probably shipped them there to satisfy demand.

We can make suggestions to our release planners (and we tell them to fulfill hobby orders first), but they don't have to follow them.

We're disappointed these didn't get out as widely in the states also."

Good marketing for who? Hotwheels makes nothing over their original markup to retailers no matter how much they are going for on ebay.

What amazes me is that I never saw any of the Hot Wheels Garage Broncos in stores. Hot Wheels claims the demand is not there, yet all of them are going for three to ten times higher than retail. It's like the original High Profile Jadas. No one saw them in stores and they are super expensive now when you can find them on the secondary market. The manufacturer would have made much more money if they had simply made enough product to meet demand.

Its cool they're making a new version, but I bet we'll be able to find those a dime a dozen.

Meanwhile, the ones they make that actually look like a Bronco are nowhere to be found except ebay, fetching top dollar.

Picked up two today at Walmart. The Walmarts around here either do or don't. Found the two out of three that do.
