After many months of trial and error we now have the 66-74 V-8 Bronco OEM style exhaust system ready for release.
Shipping will begin next week.

It comes with everything you need:

Original style 16ga 2 piece “Y” pipe assembly
Original style quiet tone muffler
Original style 16ga tail pipe
Original style hangers
Clamps
Flange gaskets

We believe our 66-74 Bronco V-8 exhaust is the most complete OEM style Early Bronco exhaust system on the market. We use a 2 piece “Y” pipe, like original, unlike the others one piece. We also include flange gaskets and OEM style hangers that the competition doesn't offer.

Fits V-8 Broncos with stock manifolds and without thermactor emissions or catalytic converters. May hit front drive shaft with a suspension lift .

All of this for only $399.95 + freight.
As a introductory BLACK FRIDAY price of only $349.95 + freight now thru November 30th 2015.
Optional Jones Performance aluminized steel muffler instead of quiet tone muffler. Add: $60.00
Optional Magnaflow Stainless Steel muffler instead of quiet tone muffler. Add:$90.00

We have not forgotten the 6cyl folks our OEM style #1 and #2 systems that normally sell for $269.95 are also on sale at $239.95 + freight.

Any questions, or to order, please PM, Call or e-mail.

Will this fit my 1975 stock bronco? I understand there "should be" a catalytic converter somewhere, but PO was a West Virginian. Anything goes in WV.

We believe it will fit the 75-77 Bronco but not sure if the hangers bolt up the same, (we are checking on that now) it just will not be the correct OEM style that the 75-77s had with the one piece “Y” pipe or have a converter.
We are working on the correct style with the one piece ”Y” pipe and the converter option for the 75-77, should be available the first half of next year.

More pics.
Muffler is now in the correct orientation.
Clears skid plate and front driveshaft with 2.5" lift at full extension.

That sounds good on the shipping. I want to double check the fitting n measurement on the Y pipe this bein a 351W because sure don't want to get the system n have to start hacking because of fitting issues .

Another and it don't make much difference but say it all bolts up fine, but will I be able to keep the heat shield that runs under the passengers floor board?

thanks again

I would think you would be able to keep the heat shield, our exhaust follows the original path.
