ah yes

i had just looked at that.

seems to be backlit, which i love, but what about seeing the needles at night? what's the illumination situation?

Here are a few pics I just took, sorry for them being crappy but the gauges are very easy to read, only way to be cooler would be if the needles glowed too!
I like the green the best but the blue matches better with my alpine deck ;D

could paint the needles some flourescent color and use a tiny blacklight?

It was pretty easy, hardest part is dealing with taking the wires on and off. With removal, modification and install I'd say 2hrs.
