1) Hoses will most likely have to be custom made as the treads on the Toy box are most likely metric.
2) Stock stearing shaft will most likely have to be modified due to different spline count and/or shaft size.
3) Toyota pitman will nead to be reamed to correct size.

I'm using a yota ifs box on my trail rig. two of the three holes lined up. I also used the toyota pump and reservoir , so no custom pieces.

I'm running the Toy box.PSC has the hose fittings to go from the box to number 6 AN,the shaft will need to be reworked and the pitman arm can be replaced and remed, the arm that came with my box was a balljoint type.

I've had a Toy box in my 68 since 94. It has worked great used an adapter at the box for the high pressure hose. Used a late 80's or early 90's pump from a Border Patrol Bronco that ws in the salvage yard. I actually git the instructions from teh guys in the EBR as I was stationed in San Diego at the time. I still have the writeup in my files if you need any part numbers.

Any pics of your setup? I have a complete IFS power steering setup at my shop. I was planning on using it for my 85 4runner if I was ever going to put crossover steering in it. Did you fab a bracket to make the third hole work or just drill the frame? I know these boxes are plenty strong. I've ran 37's on an 87 SAS 4Runner with crossover steering and had no problems. It was decent on the road as well.

I have the toy box w/ 33's and it is plenty strong - just need a stronger pump.

You'll need custom hoses. I welded the bronco shaft to the toy shaft - redneck fab but it works.
