this is a 3 link so there are no radius arms. i'm using 2 lower and 1 upper control arm. they'll be straight dom with tube adapters welded to the ends.

I guess what I meant was is most radius arms are bowed for turning sharply, how did you figure the two lower control arms so that they wont interfere with tire movement?

stock arms have no bends - do they rub? yes sometimes. It's not usually a huge problem.

keep in mind this is a full width axle with links attaching to the same size frame. That means the links are angled in more due to the extra width of the axle. That helps with steering/rubbing.

I can't recall ever seeing a 3-link with bent lower links to clear the tires. It just doesn't seem to be a problem.

i set my lower links to attach where the radius arms originally attached. like dan said, i'm running them in to a narrower frame.

i got back to bama and got some work done today. i'm waiting on some parts for the 4 link so i thought i'd get some work done on the front axle housing that i've been putting off. i did some more finish welding and welded the truss on. i still have to tie the brackets all together with a short truss (coil bucket to upper link mount to truss to coil bucket). anyways, here are some pics:
