Been away for a while. I had sold my Broncos and fooled around with other (less worthy) vehicles. I picked up this 77 Bronco from the bottom of Lake Erie (looks like it). I plan on getting another Bronco Body and putting together something stockish looking. Ill try to keep this updated.
Im beginning the tear down now for parts.

Im debating the color right now, also I think I will put the stripe back on and paint the roof body color, at least to the drip rails.
maybe go with a slightly different green. Mallard Green?
My son seems to be interested now, so thats a good thing.

I had a blue 77 special decore like that. And the rust looked the same also!:) Still have the auto tranny laying in the corner from it. Never know when you might need a xtra auto trans right? :) I can see in your sons eye's he's thinking " I can't wait to be able to drive this thing, it's gonna be great! "

Pulled out the layers of carpeting and dirt today as well as all kinds of crazy indoor outdoor carpet trim. Looks like the floors are hurting. Pic of the data plate as well.

More disassembly of the 75. Fenders were on there as was the grill. Lots of work yet to get this tub in condition to use.

More work.
Pulled the Top Off
Pulled the Tub Off
I had to fight the Body Bolts all the way. The front of this tub has seen some hard wheelin, Cracked (not rusted) ALL over the front substructure. I will have to get out the welder for sure on her, and some new metal their as well.
On a good note, this frame is in excellent shape, started cleaning her up. The rear axle has a cool "guard" on her as well (may switch it to the axle I will use.
I should have a decent frame and axles etc left over.

yeah, I am going to focus on the frame build up for now and source a good engine etc. Then tackle the body, probably using the other rolling frame to sit it on while I work
