Two yrs. ago I started my 72 Bronco retirement project. My wife retires from teaching in June 2018. So we bought a 66 Bronco project from 6677ebman for her, she is crazy about early Bronco's now. It was a long trip from Virginia to Alabama, but it was well worth it. Scott is a awesome guy, great to deal with and now a good friend of mine.

Looks like a great start for your wife's retirement project. That lift is something else!

Is it a later production 66? Is that the original engine in the back? (Originally a V8?)

I bought a few parts for the wife's early today. Suspension, body bushings, 3-1/2" coils. I bought the body mounts with a built in 1" body lift. I also put the 35's on it from my Bronco.

The custom lift looks down right scary.

Hahaha I can NOT take credit for that engineering (lift)!! Was like that when I aquired it lol. Glad my buddy is scrapping that concoction! That Bronco had a very above average body on it, I believe it's going to be a real head turner when he's done! Anxious to see the progress!!

The custom lift is now off, and replaced with a Wild Horses 3 1/2" lift. Starting on the Dana 44 to replace the current Dana 30. Checkout the knot in the brake hose to make it the correct length, and the all thread holding the spring cups.

The wife and I drove to Richmond Va. Today to pickup her 23 gallon gas tank.
She also got a set of Tom's fender flares and LED off road lights for Christmas.
