Fuel tank installed, hard fuel lines run, removed body mounts and wire brushed frame under the mounts, installed plugs, wires, thermostat and housing on engine, scraped the crud from where the transfer case rested on the cross member and on the underside of the cross member where I missed pressure washing. Ordered another $h!+ Load of parts from our sponsors. All this was over the last 2 days.

Been dealing with O'Riley on a clutch rebuild kit and flywheel for the last 3 days. Gave me a flywheel for an automatic 1994 351w bronco first, told them I needed it for a manual 1968 bronco, they sent over one for a manual, but for a later 351w manual (we think, it was still wrong). Returned it and brought the old flywheel over to show them, they had to order it, they delivered another clutch kit (at least it was correct) today instead of the flywheel. Should have just bit the bullet and ordered from one of our vendors.

Tomorrow we will hopefully install all remaining mounts and bushings. Install correct flywhee (if it showes) and rebuilt 3spd. FiTech is due in tomorrow also.

After beating my head against the O'Riley post for 4 days in an attempt to get a new flywheel, I just got it resurfased and installed a new starter ring. One down and 23322 things to go.

Frame is almost complete, have the steering stabilizer and clean up the tie rods. Still have the rear drum brakes and front knuckles to rebuild as soon as parts come in. Awaiting parts for the transmission and transfer case to rebuild also. Still have to pull the axles and have a good look and fix/rebuild what is needed, then I'll have a rolling chassis!

Back down on all 4 wheels..... For now

Since the last update the 3spd, front differential, axles, and knuckles & tie rods were rebuilt and installed. Installed starter, alternator & c bushings.

Next week's goals - help rebuild and install the transfer case(bit scared on this one). Install drive shafts, power steering pump and linkage to the tie rods. That will almost complete the frame and drivetrain. Maybe even start ordering body parts!

Drivetrain rebuild is complete, minus the Dana 20 PTO which will be completed on Tuesday when the oil seals arrive. Now on to ordering body parts and cutting the rust out of the tub. Going to let someone else handle all the tough stuff on the body.

Well, been a while since posting, much has been done, much more to do. Body is almost finished, paint started on the detached pieces ( hood, fenders, tailgate) waiting on rear quarter panels before the tub can be painted. Started mock-up and tack weld on the roll cage. I wish I could take credit for this work, but all I am doing is grinding welds and rough sanding! The paint is post clear coat (30min).
