Never seen a Ford 305. ;)

Not sure about your side of the country, how much rust is hidden and/or lurking. Around here, I wouldn't pay more then $600-800 for it and that's IF it came w/ an engine and full drive train.

Opps supposed to be 302 ford.
And there is just all surface rust. No rust in framE. And for 600-800 I'd just keep it and build it one day.

Looks like a $1400-1800 project to me. 600 is too low, 3000 is too high.
