Custom grooved tires for more traction

My 37" used Humvee tires on my trail rig were showing some signs of dry rot and are not necessarily the best rock crawling tire out there but I can get a replacement set for $100 each tire.
I noticed Trail Worthy Fab also offers grooving so I decided to buy a grooving iron and give it a shot. I hope they work better on the rocks.

I like the idea. I may have to try that on my Bajas.
