TX 4bt basket case

I have a basket case EB for sale. We used it for R&D testing for the 4bt install kit we sale. The EB has a used 4BT, ZF trans, full width full floater axles, 4 wheel disc brakes and ram ass. steering. The body is ruff, lots of rust but I have most of the parts like fenders, hood, doors, tail gate, grill, radiator, seats and title, no top, no driveshafts. May trade for? Is that frame/running gear solid? Could i just swap my body on to it or will there need more work for that to be done?
