Fuel hose size and vent size?

I have a '76 Sport. What are the fuel filler hose diameter and vent hose diameters?

I'm assuming I can just get the hose lengths from NAPA?

Oh, this is for the rear stock tank...

Vent hose is 5/8" and is available at Napa as bulk fuel hose. Not sure on the filler hose size.
