OK guys and gals ..
1. We would like to know who is definitely coming to Holopawlooza ,
with how many vehicles and how many people !!!

2, Bronco Holopawlooza T-Shirts
This year the Silk Screen shirts will be pale yellow in color .

The shirt features original artwork on 100% preshrunk cotton .

If your interested they are $10/each from sizes from M to 3XL .

I AM ONLY GOING TO HAVE SHIRTS MADE PER REQUEST !!!

If you don't want to miss having this shirt, just let me know with your official registration to the event !! ;D

Guys, I'm reposting this over here on this thread now that it's closer to the event. Please read through it and write down the phone numbers at the bottom.

Ok guys, we did a little work on the event itenerary today and this is how the weekend will hopefully shake down.

Friday: Myself and a few others will be on site at Holopaw by noon of Friday and after that time we will be available to get you guys in that want to come over on Friday. Please communicate your arrival plans with myself, Franko289, or ohpoo2 if you are planning on coming in on Friday so we know to expect you.

Sat: 7am-9:30am SHARP
We will have someone to meet you guys at the Citgo station and then escort you to the camp starting at 7am-9:30am. The escorts will leave every 30 minutes, you will follow them to the gate and they will let you in and direct you where to park and unload(if you're trailering) and then onto the camping area.

This event is held in a locked private area and without a key you are not getting in, SO it is very important that you arrive before 9:30am on Sat. After 9:30 there will be noone at the Citgo to meet you and get you in the gate!!

That said, if you have a significant mechanical issue or other legitimate reason that you are running late PLEASE call one of us ASAP and let us know. It is a very large area that we will be wheeling in and if someone has to come back to the gate to let you in IT BETTER BE FOR A GOOD REASON!!!! "I overslept" or "I got lost" is gonna have you waiting at the gate for a while. We're not trying to be a-holes but it the restrictions we have to operate under.

10:00am: We will have a drivers meeting and introduce the trail leaders and tailers so you know what's going on and who to get with if you have any issues.

10:30am: Head out to the trails

1:30-2:00pm: Around this time frame we are hoping to have a group lunch at the Mudflats and then set up for the group pictures. We'll hang out there for a little while and socialize and then head back out onto the trails making our way toward camp.

6:00pm: Back to camp to start dinner!! As it was last year we will be providing a smoker and grills to cook your food on. You are free to bring whatever you want to cook for yourself and/or family. To be clear, we are NOT providing food, we are providing ways in which to prepare your food. Saturday night dinner generally turns into a pot luck dinner with everyone sharing what they have so you won't go hungry. But also keep that in mind when making your shopping list.

9:00ish: We will have the return of last years hit......The Gatorloop in the Dark!! I'm not gonna give out too many details because the mystery is part of the fun!! If you went last year I'm sure you'll be going again and if you're new to the event, it's the coolest 2 hours of the weekend!!

Hopefully this gives everyone an idea of what to expect for the weekend and helps to emphasize some of the important things to know. Did I mention to NOT BE LATE ON SATURDAY!!

I'm in. Cleared the schedule a month ago. Put tow hooks on the front last weekend and started intalling the reese type hitch tonight. As a side note, I got the hitch from Tom's today and it is nicely made and a good fit.

Hey Roger survived a day of 4 ft deep water riding with me at Corbit(we won't mention the ride to and from the house to the event

) so I'm sure he could handle a couple of days riding around in Chipper.

Yeah off road was nothing compared to the on road drive. But hey we made it, it's all good. Some of the oncoming drivers may of had to clean a mess out of their seats but we were good.

Let's just say that 35x15x15 swampers at 20psi on a well rutted south FL road makes for some serious wander. It's one of only 2 times I've ever been scared while driivng my rig. It was a lot better once I got the tire pressures down to about 12 lbs but the first 4-5 miles on the hard road was white knuckle driving for sure.

Would not come down there without it. If I get my 72 done, I will tow it down behind my excursion. Have to wait and see if the 71 and 72 get completed in time.

Augh come on!!!! It's a giant gator head design for a Florida Bronco event how can it not go on either an orange or blue shirt?? I vote for orange

Regardless of what color the art gets printed on I LOVE IT!! It's two of my favorite things in this world, Gators and Broncos!!! And we even have the night run on the Gator Loop..... Hell of a fine job Franko!! Oh and can I please get one of those poster size printouts of this design like I did last year. I hang them in my office.
