LA C4 to D20 housing and shaft with bearing

Sandblasted, primed and painted. There was a repair done to one of the ears of the housing. It was welded on both sides and smoothed at the mating surface. Im going to be running an NP 435 but if my plans were for a C4 I would be 100% confident using it. I was going to grind the whole weld smooth but I didnt want to look like I was hiding anything. $250 plus shipping or trade for NP 435 adapter and shaft.
