Map light

Anybody got a good pic of the factory map light under the dash just by your right knee.I'm tryin to put mine back in factory local and need to see how it was because it been along time sence I had it hooked up.%)

Thanks for the pic.Is it just pushed through the hole or does it have a bracket there.I undone mine some 25 yrs ago and put a toggle switch there for something(it's been so long I forgot)

The factory map light is turned on when you turn on the overhead lamp in the wiper motor cover.The feed wire and bulb(no.1895)are the same as the instrument panel guage illumination,hi beam,turn signal,and radio.This is not on all models.Thanks to dirt donk awhile back that I rediscovered that I had one.I had pulled the bulb out yrs ago and stuffed it up behind the dash panel and over the yrs had mounted several other things under the edge of the dash and had completely forgot about it.You know you've had the same truck to long when you can't blame nothing on a P.O.;)

Just wanted to add a couple shots of it there behind the guage cluster before I put the freash air duct back in;D
