Core support measurement needed

I need a few measurements from some stock non smacked trucks. I need the firewall to core support measurement on both sides.

Something like these would be great.

I have some issues in getting things to align correctly and I need a stock truck or three to go by.

The next measurement or question is are the lower radiator brackets centered in the frame or are they offset a little.

Good thread. I did kind of a reverse engineer by bolting the rear part of the front fenders to the door posts and then hung the grill on the core support using the 3 center bolts.
Then put in a couple of bolts to hold the grill to the front of the fenders.
I figured that should be the correct position of the core support and then tack welded the core support to the fender aprons.
I'll have to see how I did getting close to the 34 7/8" measurement.

so your measurements are from under the flange flush to the firewall?

And the radiator mounts what part are you measuring from ?

Yes the measurement is from under the edge flat against the firewall. and from the frame to the edge of radiator support that would be closest to the frame. Hope that helps

Thanks so the radiator is basically centered in the frame. The core support well there is some tolerance there +/- 1/4 or more it seems. I would like a few more but between these and my other truck were all in the same range.

I have mocked it up at 34 7/8s on each side the grill hood and fenders appear to line up well. the only thing that doesn't is the fender holes to the innerfender on the drivers side. they are way off.

Is there a trick to the driver side? i seem to have everything lined up pretty well and i can't get my hood to line up. My crossmeasurements are with in 1/4" to an 1/8", but it is a no go. the driver side of my hood sticks out about 1" in the front, while my passenger side is almost perfect. 1/4" gap the whole way and set back maybe an 1/8". Any help would be appreciated. This problem caused my last 4 mounth break.

I am not there yet with mine but so far I am not that far off. Check your hood hinges and see if one side is bent more than the other.

things are just mocked up at this point and there are more adjustments to do.

The whole front end is pushed off to the drivers side which when I pull it back straight I will have an issue with the hood clearance and alignment. Its pretty close for a truck that has been rolled/flopped more than once in its life.
