Well I purchased this bronco last month from South AL and cleaned it up really good. Turned out that it was in GREAT shape. I have to replace an exhaust gasket but everything else is in working order minus the windshield wipers.
My plans are to replace the windshield frame and core support.
Lift it and throw some alcoas or slots on it... I have both so im trying to decide which wheel would look better. Im leaning toward the slots with my 235/75r15 white wall mudd/snow tires. I think that would look different. Im waiting on my 66 bumpers to arrive... should be late this week. SO EXCITED!Anyway... here are the pics and I will update as changes are made..

When I picked her up!

Yeah... 2 bottles of Ultimate Compound and A lot of wax... thanks for the compliment. It took me the better part of 2 weeks to go through everything and get it presentable.

Picking up the 3.5" lift today. I will probably run the white wall tires for a little while.. then I will bump up to the KM2 31x10.5x15.

Nice looking truck. Cleaned up well! Is it a U15 with a bulk head and bench seat or a u14 with a full top?

Well... Call me crazy but at the last minute I decided to change directions. Instead of going 3.5" I'm going to run a 2.5" lift and stock steel wheels with the white walls. I had planned on picking up a 3.5" set of coils and leaf yesterday but decided not to pull the trigger. I came home and placed an order for an entire new lift kit and several other items I need to get the Bronco right. Parts should be in Friday.... Pics will follow.

So, not much done in the form of work but I have been collecting parts. The lift came in and I got the windshied frame in as well. Im still undecided on what wheels/tires to run. Im still tossing the idea of using some polished up alcoas and KM2s. We will see. Pics to come.

Well. I have been able to acquire several parts for the build. Picked up my steel halfcab top Thursday. Suspension lift came in with the steering box. Should pick up my 66 cowl support tmrw and my 66 windshield frame is awaiting install. I'm ready to get this thing going! Lol...

Very nice platform to start with. I think mine started with more rust than yours has paint. I'm jealous.
