Five years ago, I had a dream---to spend some money on this 74. Maybe a lift, wheels and tires, good shocks, and a detroit locker for the front. So I started on this truck, I did'nt really have a plan, but who does, really. Getting into it is easy, and making the right decisions from there on is the hard part. And here is a good example of one thing leades to another----good or bad! This eb is in testing mode already, I will not drill a hole or have to make a mod, or a change, or make a weld after the make over has been completed, hence no bodywork and paint. Also I don't like zip ties! There are alot of pics I'm going to post, some are repititious but if you have a good eye you might catch the changes evolving with the components. The pics are somewhat catagorized with a theme (What part of build) Really, but that's what I came up with. Pics start with the teardown, on to the axles and so on.
