uncovered my 1972 Explorer Sport rear seat

So I had this black and gray cover made by a local upholstery shop back in Wyo in like 1995 to match my new Corbeau front seats and carpet. I have not looked underneath since then! I took them off the other day and found the original fabric to be in GREAT shape. my dad threw away my front seats years ago, which SUCKS because they were in similar condition as well. I ma not using this seat anymore as I bought a fold and tumble but, man this makes me want to go back to this style. that is until I sat in the seat. LOL

Might make a cool bench out of it for the basement or garage. :)

Just thought I would share in case someone wanted to see this (sort of ) rare seat pattern. ;D

I added an old furniture moving dolly to the bottom of mine and now I use it in the garage as my planning seat! I also added a couple can holders to the sides so I have thinking lubricant close by!;D
