I'm installing a WH 5.0L saginaw power steer bracket , the instructions suck.
does any one have any pictures of this being installed or installed?

I'm using the dual return pump 2012A

Its not obvious how it goes together or I'm an idiot.

Are you having trouble getting the pump on the bracket or the bracket and pump on the motor? I'll check the dual return with the bracket and throw up some pics or recommendations.

There are spacers they sell to make the face of the pump bolt up to the bracket. Don't know why they don't throw em in with the bracket. Also depending on the pump housing you have you might need to do some grinding on the top of bracket to get it to fit

My bracket is one piece, includes the AC and power steering part.
The was motor is 90 mustang as far as I can tell, pretty sure this was the same as my 92 bracket.

The 2012A does not bold directly onto the bracket, spacers might help or I need to take a die grinder to it.

The aluminum bracket from the mustang looks to need major surgery to us the Saginaw bracket, guess I'll need to take some pictures.

The first ~10 pics in this photo album show a V8 Saginaw conversion using a stock (JY) pump:

This is an aftermarket Sag on Frank's '75 using the stock C2 bracket:

The mustang bracket I have has different mounting for the AC pump.
the cardone conversion has been obsolete for a few years

Also you can stack washers if you don't have the spacers but it's a pita.

I had to stack washers to move the idler pulley out so it would stay in line with the serp setup. Other than that, I've had no issues and it has performed great! Good luck! B2

Here are some additional pics of the pump to bracket. We do include the necessary spacers with the bracket. Here's also pics of the Mustang configuration the "Lars/WH" bracket is designed for. I will be adding these to the WH site for additional clarification. I don't know how many different bracket set ups Ford used on the 5.0s from 86-93 but it seems there were a number of them. Our bracket takes the place of the stock Mustang (non-Cobra) 5.0 pump bracket and bolts in-place without any problem. I think that is why the instructions are what they are. We don't anticipate any issues unless the set up is incompatible. If you find that's the case no problem on returning anything you can't use. Thanks for the post.

That's all cool. Just to clarify you have a different set up than the one in this thread. You are running the Explorer stuff. NICE! Thanks.

Found some brackets in the garage, but the AC part was cut off for use with an ac eliminator bracket on a past project.

Here is a picture of my current bracket along with the brackets I had laying around, this really moves the pump outboard further than the stock bracket I had used.

I did need to take a die grinder the the saginaw bracket the can was hitting the bracket
