I started tearing the interior apart a few months ago and finally took my seats in for re-upholstery. I am putting down POR 15 on the bed and new carpet kit (was going to use duraback, but I decided I like the look and comfort of carpet). I am having my roll bar painted again and I have a new white best top to install. While I had the interior apart I decided to add a 2" body lift (actually had the 2" cut down to 1 1/2" so I would not have to do all the mods of a 2" lift). Thinking of painting the dash and steering column as well. I went by the upholstery shop today and took some pics of the progress. They are turning out just as I wanted. The other pics are after the lift. Just wanted to share ;D

Seats

Those seats look GREAT. I think the color is perfect. What does a custom job for front and back seats like that cost? thanks 69sport

Thanks :)

I'll let you know the cost when I get the final bill. I got some extra vinyl to re cover my panels for front and back. The PO had the seats re-covered and the upholstery shop that covered them changed the foam on the seats so we had to have new foam, that will add to my costs. I will post more pics after I get it all put back togeather.

Here are more pics of the bed, there is a good amount of surface rust and a couple of pin holes on the floor pans. I figured I would just POR the whole bed since I was going to do the rusty areas.

Give us all some more pic's when you get a chance. You have done a heck of a job so far. Great attention to detail of the seats so far. I like everyone will be waiting to see the the progress.

Got 3 coats of POR 15 down last night. That stuff if awesome. I hope to get my roll bar and dash ready for paint.

I will be working on my panels tonight. My wife does not care for the wood around my speakers. She would rather we do not have the wood on the new panels. I like the wood and want to keep it. She suggested that we see what you all think. I used my photo edit to add the green stripe that will be on the new panels. What do you think?

I have to agree with wife on this one lose the wood. Floor panels look great, I need to replace and coat my pans but still contemplating liner or carpet. Thanks for the pics and keep em coming.

If you were thinking about using durabak...do it. Then put your carpet down. It will help a lot with the sound deadening. This way if you ever go somewhere and want to take the cartpet out....you can.

My bronco is green too and will be doing something similar but different with my seats. I assume that to be a parchment color of the seat?

Worked on my panels last night. My seats are done but I don't have the new carpet kit yet so I haven't bolted them down in the bronco yet. Here is a couple picks of my front panels (the wife won, no wood) ;)
