Well, the cat is out of the bag on another post, so might as well make it official.

On Saturday, January 20, 2007

Mid-Atlantic Early Broncos will have a meet and greet social at:

Richmond, VA Hooters
7912 W. Broad Street
Richmond, VA 23294

We'll start around noon and end sometime around 4:00.

Everyone is invited to attend with or without your Bronco for an afternoon of food, fun and as much Bronco talk as you can stand.

We hope to see you there. MEB Staff

I am in for sure!

Meathead, if your rig is down, we'll all go in the Monkey Mobile! I'll be picking up the welded section of exhaust (broke down & paid someone to do the O2 bunging) this friday, then it is just to tuning the EFI!!!!!

Just bringing this back to the top.

Wouldn't want anyone to miss out on the fun. It should be a fairly well attended event.

I'll be there! Not sure if my trail rig will be streetable by then - if not I'll see how the 66 does on a long distance drive! 6 cyl, 3 speed, 4.56's Woo Hoo!

Long distance? You're in Manassas! %) ;)

I'll be there, no Bronco since the trail rig is still mothballed in pieces and the two stockers are in Michigan for the winter, but It looks like I will have something in tow behind me.

Can anyone recall if the adjoing parking lot behind Hooter's (a Hotel lot? We had some Broncos parked there 2 or 3 years ago) has room to park/turn around our Volvo and 53' wedge car trailer? I might be briging the trailer down to loan it to Karl for his upcoming trip to Moab. If there is not room in that lot we will have to drop it at the Hotel we're staying at and then bobtail over to Hooter's.

OK you called BS - and won! ;D

But really any time on I95 in a 6 cyl with 4.56's feels like long distance. At 60 mph the engine is is really winding out and screaming for mercy! Anything above 50 and I need earplugs.

Should we get the northern VA & north contingent to meet somewhere like Woodbridge & travel in a convoy from there?
