For those of you going to the Bronco Safari in Moab, here is a little preview. These pics are from our trip to Moab a week ago (March 23 - 25). Most of these were taken on Fins N Things. We ran Poison Spider Mesa - Golden Spike - Gold Bar Rim the next day, but my photographer (aka wife) wasn't along that day, so maybe some of the others can post up pics from that run.

Enjoy.

Edit 4-4-07: More pics added on page 2.

what are we doin for our summer run?

I'm thinking Iron Chest and some of the trails around St. Elmo, maybe throw in Chinaman's Gulch as well. I'd also like to run Holy Cross again. I'm open to suggestions. I can't do it the last week of July, but maybe mid-July would work out, or early August. What dates are you thinking Paul?

Good luck on your strentch

Looks like a blast, I need to make plans to make it out there one day.

Yea sounds good, I have been watchin your thread with your project Bronco. Looks like a inique piece for sure. What's take to move the axle forward? I just did the Cage 3.5 and never even thought about it. Have you done it before? How's it function?

Thanks for posting those. I can't wait for the Safari! Man, that's only a month away. I had better quit typing and get to wrenching. :p

I cannot make it to the meeting monday (you guessed it: work) but I will have CDs with my pics on them ready by then. Maybe I can have David or Linda pick them up here at the fire house. Chris- are those all of your pics? If not, can you get your pics on a disc for trade?

The pics above are just the one's I picked out to resize and post on the forum. I'd be glad to burn all pics on CD and swap with you Andrew. If you can - send me a CD with David & Linda tomorrow night. I'll try to get one burned for you by then. I didn't get any pics on Saturday when we ran Poison Spider - Golden Spike - Gold Bar Rim because Tammy had the camera with her in Canyon Lands, so I only got video. If any of you got pics from Saturday I'd love to see them.

I'd love to get in the action with swappin videos. I will get you, Chris, a DVD with all of mine pretty soon, and hopefully you can get me copies of everybody else's.
I am looking at mid July for the trip. My Buick club is having their summer camping trip at Kenosha the weekend of either July the 14th or 28th. I'd love to piggy back it with the wheelin trip. It's all in the same area and then I can get in a trip to Durango to boot, and meet up with you folks either the week after or the week before however the schedule works out.
I don't want to force these dates, I am only saying they would be ideal for me at this point, and make for a great summer week off. I'll find out from my other group what their schedule is and see what works and what doesn't.
Does anybody have anything planned mid-July?
Chris and Andy be sure to keep Dave and linda informed as I don't think they read this as often as we do.
We should send a link to Brad every once in awhile to keep him in the loop as well.

I'm still paying attention. Trish and I didn't get as many pictures but I can put together a few CDs and send off what we have. I'm waiting for my Contributor subscription to come through and I will post a few of my pictures here as well.

I can email the pic's as well, but they are huge so I won't do that unless you guys tell me to.

Mid-July should work for us. I should have my front axle repaired by then without much difficulty. Our only other commitments are Memorial Day in May and a wedding in mid-August. You guys shoot dates that work for you and we should be able to make it.

I am down for whatever as far as more wheeling this summer goes. I have not been able to get my video to transfer to the confuser, but I sent pics on CD with David tonight for Chris at the meeting. Paul and Brad- email me a physical address and I can get a CD in the mail to you.

Chris- I sent off that CD with David tonight. I got some beautiful pics of Golden Spike / Goldbar, please feel free to post them here. I am sending a link to this page to my friends / family so that they can see my pics without me emailing them...

Thanks for putting those up- the trip has motivated me to make some improvements. That heim on my tire rack is proving to be quite the PITA. I am thinking that I will have to cut it out and weld in new tube inserts.
