While working to replace my inner axle seals, I think I discovered my carrier is a Trac-Lok and not an open differential. Can you guys confirm this for me? The axle bill of material is 603471-4. If I do have one, how rare are Trac-Lok’s compared to the open differentials? Do the clutch packs on these need to be checked while out?

Looks like a trac lok. I'd be tempted to just replace the clutches if it was me. They're cheap but the front axle usually doesn't get many miles on it. Sometimes those few miles are pretty hard though.
