AOD from 1990 bronco fit

If the '99 F150 is the 4.2 V6, that is the better choice.
If the '99 F150 is the 4.6 V8, that would be a poor choice and a giant paper weight.
The '90 Bronco you need to check if it is an AOD, or an E4OD.

Yeah, a 90 with a 302 is normally an aod. PRN(D)D1.

A 90 with a 351w is normally an e4od. PRN(D)21 with an od off button on the dash.

so whats most ideal for a DD that is 50/50% on & off rd?
I like the AOD but not the electric aod.
The option to lock up the converter seems good tho.
The 4.2 better than the 351? Y or Y not?
