Borg warner style front driveshaft u-joints

i had rebuilt my rear spicer driveshaft with the non greasable SPL u-joints. my front driveshaft is the borg warner style. is there a non greasable u-joint similar to the spicer that i can use? looks like most vendors only have the spicer. this shaft also need to get lengthened. is it work rebuilding it or just buy a spicer driveshaft?
also, is there a trick to get the u-joint out? i pressed it all the way to one side but it does not go far enough to release it from the press fit.
