Can a stock air cleaner box fit on a 4 barrel carb?

Yes it will bolt straight on very few have had issues with the choke but you should have no problem with that holley

Stock air cleaner on a Holley 4 barrel.

Check out my garage for a picture of the 68 top half of the oil bath on my Holley 4 barrel conversion. Works well. Also maintains stock hood clearance with a 1" spacer under carb that helps with vapor lock.
