Years ago I used to see Ford ice cream vehicles at Pick-A-Part that appeared to utilize a Bronco frame.

They sure are ugly! The PO had a smaller and uglier "truck" that you drove standing up with an accelerator peddle that worked by pivoting your rt. foot at the heal moving the lever sideways. They were death traps that fell over easily but were super convenient for hitting stops at every house. Some police departments used them for meter maids.
