I'm 90% sure I took a photo of this Bronco on a small used car lot in NC at the Fall Crawl 1999? When was the first Fall Crawl? Pretty sure that was it. I was driving from Carrboro to Fall Crawl at Tellico when I took the photo. Will dig for it but it may be long gone!...recognize wheels, paint, and I too noticed it was an explorer that day.
