- 66 Model: Keyhole above the body line.
- 1967 Model: Keyhole repositioned below the outer door handle due to the Bronco Sport's beltline molding.

Bronco Door Window Frames: Bolted vs Welded

Initially bolted in the early models (66-68), they were welded into the door shell in later versions (69-77)

Bronco Door Window Frames: Bolted vs Welded

Initially bolted in the early models (66-68), they were welded into the door shell in later versions (69-77)
Door with no lock hole = 1966 passenger door.
Aftermarket Door = 1968 only. Lots of 69-77's with these doors now.
Belt line molding = Began in 67. Standard but not required with Sport Package, Available without Sport Package.
Big hole in driver's door for remote mirror = 1969+
Screw holes for door panels = 1966 to early 1967
Square holes for door panel U-nuts = late 1967 on.

Early B-post welded into 1977 Balloon Chaser with round door strike located in 11.25 position = Total confusion.

That was worth the price of admission right there...
