I got rid of our 22 Badlands, it spent a lot of time at the dealer for warranty stuff. Some trivial (squeaky clutch pedal, windshield recall) but the big ones are the ones that made my wife not want to drive it. The parking brake would randomly get stuck on, and the brake booster would randomly fail while braking. We had a 2.3 with manual trans, the brake booster was localized to that powertrain combo when I read the TSB.

I got a small ws chip that I had Safelite (Pueblo CO) fix a few weeks ago. I asked tham about new Broncos and ws problems and they said they were seeing 1 or 2 a week. But their best customers were Jeep Wranglers - 6 or 7 a week!

My 23 2 door has two chips in the windshield one of them I got within a week of getting the truck the other I got last fall. I am just leaving it until it cracks. Funny my wife's with 50,000 miles on it has no chips! Its a crap shoot!

They were all Bronco Sport models. Not the 6G.

My wife's 2.7 4 door has a squeaky rear window. I spray the rubber seal down liberally with Dupont silicone with teflon occasionally to mitigate it. Other than that, it's a nice vehicle.
