Stock style chrome rims

I have these two stock style chrome rims that a friend of mine gave me a while back.

I'm trying to find out anything I can about them. Mainly if they're worth anything. With just having the two, it would be nice if they were a type of rim that someone would be willing to track down one by one if needed. I'm guessing that's not the case, but would like to know.

If they're run of the mill rims with little value, anyone know where I could find two more to make a complete set?

15x6

Not sure on the back spacing.

They look like early F100 wheels with center hub caps , I would guess the back side the centers are welded to the rim ,if Riveted they are factory ford The wheels on the picture is a international truck center, takes a F100 hubcaps 4.5” bolt pattern Not like your 5.5” bolt pattern , could be a Jeep wheel somebody else will Chime in about this
