Twin stick front axle not shifting

I have recently installed wild Horses twin stick behind a new process 435, and the rear axle shifts fine however the front axle appears to be stuck in whatever position it is.
Has anybody experienced this and do you have any suggestions?

Took some gentle persuasion while the motor was running and the transmission was in gear now it's shifting just fine

With the front hubs locked in, there can be some binding in the xfer case, making it hard to shift. Either unlock the hubs, or backup a little bit to shift it.
