What size Bilstein shocks? And which model?

I have a 74 Bronco, 200, no winch or heavy front bumper, 2.5" suspension lift, 2" body lift, 33" tires and will be installing F 250 shock mounting brackets. I am shooting for a good ride on the road. I figure if it rides good on the road it'll do well enough off road. No rock climbing here and will do a little off roaring during hunting season. Anyone have suggestions on which model and which length to get. I know it's best to take all of the measurements to find the correct shock length but since I am not doing the work myself I'd like some good advice from everyone here to compare.

This is where your good work pays off....if you get your hands dirty now....they will have been worth washing later.....

A lot of people on here like the 5100's but if you want to go a little more extreme you can look into the 7100's since you mentioned you have the f250 shock towers which would work. As for length not sure about that.

@ TwoDalesDad. My good work comes when I work 12ish hours a day as a Therapist in Home Health keeping good folk at home and out of the Nursing Home. I got this bronco back in March thinking it would be in "good enough" shape to get me to the boat ramp and to the deer camp while I made upgrades along the way......well, I was wrong. So, at this point I've missed the Sac-A-Lait spawn, Bass spawn, good trout line weather and right now I'm watching the bream spawn pass by every month. If this Bronco isn't road worth by October 1st I'll be hunting out of a Diesel Jetta again this year. I really don't want to go through that again.:)

@SSDDBRONCO Thanks for the info. I was thinking the 5100's would be fine but I just wanted to double check.

If you go with the 5100s, make sure they have the correct valving. I always forget if you can get the valving you need in them or not. In any case, with the lift you have the F250 mounts, 10" travel shocks should fit well. I'd recommend 7100s with 360/80 valving.
