Interesting. I guess if he doesn't know what year his truck is, he should change his Craigslist ad to read "Old F100" ;D

The truck is 45 years old. The grille was probably just changed........I like the 67-69 style grilles on my 67-72 trucks and I have changed them many times to fit my preference.

I talked to this guy a couple months ago about a trade and he seemed young but pretty legit.

That is a cool old truck I like the earlier grill better my self too.The 68/69 were the best looking years IMO.
