Great color. No engine issues with my 2022 with about 57,000 miles on it now. Wildtrak is a great model with good features.

Go for it!

It's even got one of those aftermarket tail gate tables like you put in yours.

Wife has a 2022 with the 2.7, no issues. She runs 33" tires and 4.27 gears and gets 20+ MPG.
Good choice. That's one of the last 2-doors with the 2.7 unless you get Stroppe package.

Wife daily drives a 22' 2 door Badlands with sasq, March 22' build. 2.7l with 66k miles no issues other than a leaky transfer case output seal.

The valve/lifter issue was pretty vin specific, so don't buy one in that sequence, or don't buy unless they can provide the repair paperwork if it was in that sequence.

From what I could find it looks like they resolved the valve issue around October 2021, and this truck as a September 2022 build date, so I don't believe this truck is impacted by the issue.

I made them an offer a couple thousand below the list price (removing their attempt to add bullshit fees) and we'll see if the accept it.

Most dealers suck. There’s a reason I have another Ram in the garage replacing my Ford, this particular dealer is in my small town, and make it easy to do business with. No commissioned salesman, no dickering, they shoot straight from the start, help you look as much or as little as you want, all vehicles are unlocked 24/7/365. Wanna test drive? Give them a copy of DL, phone number, and tell them which one, they will bring it to the door and ask you to please have it back before they close.

That's pretty impressive. I did not make a deal on this truck. They wouldn't deal at all. It's been on their lot for 2 months, guess it will be there again next weekend. Might try again, who knows.

I also like this one: https://www.fordblueadvantage.com/cars-for-sale/vehicle/753790387?allListingType=all&city=Los Angeles&doorCode=2&engineCode=6CLDR&gnav=vhpnav-si&makeCode=FORD&marketExtension=off&modelCode=BRON&searchRadius=500&state=CA&zip=90071&clickType=listing

I think this green color is really sharp.

Not sure how this Badlands w/ Sasquatch compares to Wild Trak. Any of you officianados please feel free to school me.

One difference I think is the WildTrak has interior carpeting and the Badlands doesn't

have you priced new ? they are dealing right now with rebates, that 49k used is only 10k off new you might be better off new.

Badlands has the sway bar disconnect, Wildtrack doesn't. That 2-door BL has the 2.7 option also! (y)

The big difference between the Badlands and the Wild track is the shocks. The Wildtrack has Fox Shocks the Badlands has the Bilsteins. I went nuts over the differences before I got my Badlands. The Wild track can also have less skid plates and plastic bumpers Not always as they can option on the mod steel front bumper, when all the Badlands have the steel skid plates, steel bumpers, dual rear tow hooks, and sway bar disconnect. The Wildtracks have the fancy two tone interior, 6cyl engine standard, Fox Shocks, and I believe the steering rack is an upgrade from the Badlands. You typically see more creature comforts in the Wildtrack. You cant go wrong with either. I wanted a Wildtrack but couldn't find one in the color I wanted so I went with the Badlands and I am not disappointed.

But the earliest Wildtraks still had the Bilsteins - I'm not sure if a '22 has the Foxes or not? Would be worth checking, Rob, if you're still interested.

Yeah I'm definitely still interested. According to AI: "Prior to the 2023 model year, the Wildtrak offered Bilstein shocks as standard and Fox shocks as an optional upgrade, with the upgrade available in late 2022." This one was built in September 22, but I can't see anything on the window sticker that says one way or the other.

I would like to have carpet in the interior though which I don't think you get with the Badlands? Is that right?
