Didn't think it was bad enough to replace the floor board so I ground it out, painted 1 coat of POR-15 over it taking extra care to get it in the cracks and holes. after it dried I put duct tape on the bottom (taped under the holes) over the holes and repainted over the tape, smeared some automotive
