    Bond fiberglass to steel?

We're in the home stretch, it's starting to look less like a high-school art project lol

    Bond fiberglass to steel?

We're committed now, I closed the back of the cowl with fiberglass, panel bonded the inner structure and then panel bonded the cowl to the hood last night. I'm going to body work/blend it all in this weekend and my dad is coming to help me paint it

    Windshield Chrome Trim

I forced a piece in that wasn't seated correctly after the glass was installed. Not only did I destroy that piece, but I also destroyed my hands and my pride. You made the right choice to reinstall the glass lol

    Windshield Chrome Trim

I use silicone spray in the track, and then slide the trim in and then wrap my hand in a microfiber to push the trim into the groove. Install the trim before you install the glass into the frame, it will be incredibly difficult to get the trim in after the gasket is pulled into the window frame

Best place to get NP205 Parts?

Would you advise against the billet track lock in the ad I put up in post 12? I'm upgrading to 31 spline and 4.88s while I'm at it

Best place to get NP205 Parts?

I got it apart today, surprisingly it's just the spider gears in the trac loc that are grenaded. The ring, pinion and carrier all look ok

Best electric fan money can buy?

I can't say for sure, since I haven't run or seen the Taurus fan run. I have read that they cool about the same (found the volvo fans researching the Taurus fans). It's been very reliable for me, I've had it for about 8 years and have only had to replace the volvo relay pack this year with an...

Best place to get NP205 Parts?

This looks like a good deal from Northeast. They're semi local to me so I'd save shipping. Are the small bearing 31 spline axles a gimmick or are they just as strong as the big bearing axles? I'd rather not swap housings if I can avoid it.

You all are correct, I nuked the diff. 🤣

Best place to get NP205 Parts?

I'll look tonight, that's easier to check than the t case for me by myself. If it is broken, I feel like this is going to get expensive lol. I've wanted to change gear ratios front and rear, upgrade to 31 spline and change my rear carrier to a tru trac. I have the stock carrier out back, the...

Best place to get NP205 Parts?

I'm not sure honestly. I didn't really consider that being a possibility but I should have, I'm still on 28 spline axles with 35s. I'll have to take a look.

Best place to get NP205 Parts?

Long story short, I broke my NP205 doing something stupid involving a glob of RPM in RW Hi, and a clutch dump. I confirmed it's not the transmission by driving the Bronco around my neighborhood in FW Hi. The Bronco bucks like I knocked some teeth off of the output shaft. I'm going to...

    Bond fiberglass to steel?

Pulled the hood off and started cleaning spots that needed to be repaired. Few cracks and a bad spot that needs to he cut out and replaced.

    Bond fiberglass to steel?

That's the plan, where it is sitting in the picture is where I could get it to sit for a photo without sliding down the hood. It'll be a little further forward and tapered into the nose of the hood.

    Bond fiberglass to steel?

More progress today, not entirely sure I like lol. The vent is body worked in, I decided to wait until I have the cowl mounted to to the hood before I bodywork the center section anymore. It's hard to put any sort of pressure on the sanding block without the fiberglass deflecting.
