Astro van hydro boost adapter concerns (off eBay)

Ok got you , you could shorten that rod some but the coupling nut is 1" long and with the swivel in that 2 piece rod couldn't take much out . I have made a 1/2" spacer for a customer , goes between the bracket and h-boost.

Astro van hydro boost adapter concerns (off eBay)

The rod is threaded all the way , just cut it and chase it with the jam nut.

Astro van hydro boost adapter concerns (off eBay)

Those bushing are for the h-boost rod, you use your bushing for the brake pedal rod.

Astro van hydro boost adapter concerns (off eBay)

Drill it out 1/2" holes and a booster with 3/8" bolts can still be mounted to it if you don't like it and want to go back.

Astro van hydro boost adapter concerns (off eBay)

No not at all but I would have to move the top tam and then the h-boost push rod would have to be modified. I will take another look at it when I do the next one.

Astro van hydro boost adapter concerns (off eBay)

Pretty sure that's my bracket , yes the jam nut is meant to hover as you say. As for the cotter pin going in from the bottom is the only way. On the rod being too long I make it with 4 inches of threads in case it needs to be shortened. If you have no way to cut it let me know what size you need...

76-77 power brake bracket with hydroboost?

I don't make a bell crank for a 7677 angle bracket that will work with a super duty unit . The push rod is to long on those .
