    SOLD WTB: Autolite 1100 Carburetor - i6-200

Thanks everyone that recently responded. I was able to get a remanufactured unit from AutoLine in Canada via Rock Auto. It was set up properly and an original FoMoCo branded unit, which was good. I also checked out the ones from overseas (on Amazon and Ebay) and the quality was terrible. Not...

    SOLD WTB: Autolite 1100 Carburetor - i6-200

Thanks. Do you have one with a manual choke, and without the dashpot (just a single pump)? And if so, can you post or send some pics and a price, shipped to 27377 (Whitsett, NC)?

    Another bouncing speedometer head question

I hadn't thought that having the coupler too tight at the speedometer could cause the bounce. I read this thread this morning, loosened mine up just a touch and went for a drive this evening, and it cleared right up! Thanks!

    SOLD WTB: Autolite 1100 Carburetor - i6-200

I know this is a long shot, but hoping with all of these v8 upgrades I can find one. I currently have one operating fine, but with worn throttle shaft holes that is causing a vacuum leak. I'm looking for either the lower half if someone has one in good condition, or a complete unit. If it...

Any other make or year vehicle matches the Bronco bench seat hinge covers

Ok, so I know this topic comes up every now and then, and I had even been searching for the better part of a year and reading a lot of posts trying to figure out a solution. I can confirm that these hinge covers worked out well for my early build '66 original bench seat...

66 budd vin tag decoding help.

Can't help you with the VIN decode, but noticed that your VIN is about the closest that I've seen to mine. Also a Budd build, built in September. U14FL754463. Only 2,599 away. Mine is also a paint code B!

    '66 warranty tag location measurements

Thanks FordFan! Yep, I was wondering about being 'exact' as well. It seems that every picture I can find with one, when I zoom in they appear to be just in the general area, but never quite the same.

    '66 warranty tag location measurements

I finally completed enough research and pulled together enough details to have Marti make up a replacement warranty tag for my early build (Budd built) '66 U14. I'd like to place it on the kick panel where they were originally on the early '66's instead of the glove box door. Can someone...

    1966 Bronco Voltage regulator location

Hey - just something else to think about is what wiring harness are you using? My 9/65 U14 had it in the stock location on the driver side (as in the pics above). However, when I re-wired the truck with a Centech harness, the regulator had to move to the passenger side because the harness...

    1966 Lone Rancher

Awesome looking '66. As far as though hubs, I have them on my early build '66 (Sept. '65) and was able to rebuild them. Also did a LOT of research and found the these are a fairly rare (from what I was able to figure out) set of Warn M4 Premium locking hubs that were a Ford upgrade available...

    transfer case/transmission mount bushings

Good call out, thanks. I know that the motor will be basically pivoting on the motor mounts and that could cause some issues. I just need to remember that when I'm under the truck and hyper-focused on dealing with the trans and t-case side.

    transfer case/transmission mount bushings

Awesome - thanks for the quick responses! One more thing added to the list...

    transfer case/transmission mount bushings

I'm slowly getting all of the old worn out bushings taken care of on my '66, and just finished up the radius arm/c-bushing replacement this weekend. My transfer case/transmission mount bushings are so worn, they just spin freely on the bolts. Can the bushings be replaced without removing the...

    Floor Pan/Body Mount Replacement Issue

Right, that's reason I'm doing this is to put new bushings in, so I can correct my extremely misaligned doors. Unfortunately, the work the previous owner did wasn't great and while they fixed a lot of rust, they didn't do it properly so I'm trying to basically work around it now. I found that...

    Floor Pan/Body Mount Replacement Issue

So a previous owner replaced the floor pans in my '66, but the new pans aren't recessed where the body mount bolt would be, and the PO installed them over the top of the bolt, trapping it in the support underneath. %) I'm getting ready to replace the body mount bushings and trying to figure out...
