    Aero Fuel Door Install

Tech article by John Edgecomb (edge4) The use of racing "billet" fuel doors has become a popular upgrade to both street and off-road vehicles. There are two versions of the billet fuel door available for the Early Bronco. The first is a large billet "door" that covers a recessed stock fuel cap...

    Electronic Fuel Injection

Tech article by John Edgecomb (edge4) Click here for the parts list. One of the most important elements of any Early Bronco EFI conversion is the fuel system. Due to the high-pressure requirements of the fuel rails and injectors, the stock pump and fuel lines are completely inadequate. The...

    Axle flange gasket

Jeff, Thanks for posting the number. I have ordered four incorrect sets already. I can see by the photo you also have the famous big bearing, 3/8" stud, medium duty, "Torino" housing ends. I have not found a local parts house that has a clue about the 3 different flanges found on a 75' Bronco. Edge

    Bilstein Shocks

I forgot to answer the other question. Length is a tougher issue. It's best to check your setup first. Standard Bronco is the 22ext/14comp/8"travel but you may need the 25/16/10. They also mentioned some sort of loop to stud adapter available now so you don't have to modify your towers.

    Bilstein Shocks

I spoke with Bilstein at the SEMA show last month on this. Everyone has their own opinion, but here is theirs. They said most people over do it on dual setups. Second, most EB's will run perfect with one good set of shocks. Dual setups are for high speed Baha type racing where fading is a major...

    Custom master cylinder

I talked with CPP at the SEMA show last month. They are just now shipping the 1" bore version of the MCPV1 due to manufacturing delays earlier this year. They expect to start shipping the 1 1/8" bore in Feb. 06'. Unit is the size of the popular corvette M/C but a fraction of the weight...
