Any dyno charts (@ 2000 ish)? Would be cool if they come close to PD's, since they are way easier to package, many times. I can say I have not followed the absolute latest in centrifugal's, but thought boost was still RPM dependent. The Roush I put on my 14 GT was max boost, right off idle...

Back in the day, I put a Cartech Turbo Kit on my otherwise stock 86 Capri 5.0 (crappy 86 heads and all). 10PSI, it gained the identical MPH as a 150 HP NOS kit (93-108 MPH). That was even using the 88+ "stock" mass air meter.

Find someone that works on new Superduties, as they are aligned for camber (and/or minor caster) with the same type "shim" as EB's.

May not be a good location on an EB, but this is where I put it on the 79 crawler.

I assume you cannot bypass the PS pump (which I assume would also bypass waterpump). But on my dad's LTD (fox body with 331 stroker), which was SEFI and roller cam, we still forgot to bleed the PS fast enough, worried about all kinds of crap on engine, and ended up smoking pump. I made up this...

It also depends upon the machine you have. I have an older basic machine (chinese) that I've upgraded with bead rams, bead puller, and center post adapter kit. But the rams especially, are on large arms that have some play. Occasionally, they move around and could cause some rim...

How much travel does it stop? Can you trim fork a bit?

Thanks and no rush. I'm on the 15 year plan for rebuild. But would like to see what the issue is when you get a chance. See if it's something I can easily fab up a fix for or not (eventually).
