Anyone ever see door post repairs like this ?

Mine came with 1/4" plate welded in the floors. Not going to rot out again at least. :) Had to drill hole in it to get to bolts for body lift.

    3G alt. with external regulator?

For me, nothing I own with a 3G is a daily driver. I get 7-15 years on batteries that are limited use (including the 4 "classics" I have with 3G's), as long as a quality tender maintains the battery. My DD's are newer, with 2017 being the oldest. I get 5 years on average with them, but they...

Help - Hydroboost brake pedal returning slowly

Agree for now. With "Chinese" tolerances, I've had all kinds of issues on stuff "they" found out news ways to make things "just" far enough out :)

Help - Hydroboost brake pedal returning slowly

Except he stated he put in a used HB unit? Unless you meant a new braking system (and/or MC), which slow pedal return has never been an issue for me.

Any inexpensive way to get title these days?

Bought my 74 as a really rough mud truck way back in the day for $300. No title and back then, didn't really care as it was going to be a radical non streetable offroad rig. Have heard the ability to get titles through various means has either dried up, or they charge a significant fee, like...

LS swap vs Coyote swap Cost

Really? This new 10-speed rear-drive transmission is the result of collaboration between Ford and General Motors, although Ford had the engineering lead on it. https://www.caranddriver.com/features/g15377492/ford-10-speed-automatic-transmission/ Even the newer 10R60 was supposedly Ford led in...

    Source for GT40-P heads?

The TW170's I got bolted up exactly the same with a single turbo kit plumbing, over my stock 86 HO swirl ports (on a fox body, not an EB).

Quiet High Flow Mufflers, Do they exist?

I trapped 130 in my blown 14 GT mustang through the stock cat back. I did have a catless X in front of it. Was a bit raspy @ high RPM/full throttle (partially by the nature of the beast, that is a characteristic of the modern coyote), but otherwise, pretty quiet and as you mentioned a "stock"...

TorqStormnkw has a supercharger for Explorer 5.0 serpentine

Any dyno charts (@ 2000 ish)? Would be cool if they come close to PD's, since they are way easier to package, many times. I can say I have not followed the absolute latest in centrifugal's, but thought boost was still RPM dependent. The Roush I put on my 14 GT was max boost, right off idle...

TorqStormnkw has a supercharger for Explorer 5.0 serpentine

Back in the day, I put a Cartech Turbo Kit on my otherwise stock 86 Capri 5.0 (crappy 86 heads and all). 10PSI, it gained the identical MPH as a 150 HP NOS kit (93-108 MPH). That was even using the 88+ "stock" mass air meter.

TorqStormnkw has a supercharger for Explorer 5.0 serpentine

That was a TVS, no? Not the same animal with centrifigul. Have a Vortech on my dad's 331 fox LTD. Really does nothing off idle.

Wheel Alignment shop who have people used?

I said same "type". As in the ball joint eccentrics. Point was, a SD axle is not that far off an EB axle (ball joint D44 anyway). So a shop that aligns SD's, should have a good idea how to align D44's. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00180J7IC/?tag=classicbroncos-20...

Wheel Alignment shop who have people used?

Find someone that works on new Superduties, as they are aligned for camber (and/or minor caster) with the same type "shim" as EB's.

    Battery disconnect

May not be a good location on an EB, but this is where I put it on the 79 crawler.
