ISO an intermediate gear on a Dana 20 transfer case from a Bronco of 39t x 19t, YES 19 teeth?

I have this same issue. And am wondering if I could swap out the 18-5-21 for the T-case version 18-5-9 if I replace the two sliding gears with the T-case versions also?
