This is a 35/31 spline ARB. Of course we didnt notice that until the 35 spline axle on the drivers side would not go in. ARB is overnighting me the inner replacement. It is a pain but they were very apologetic. So a key note is to check your axles and carriers before you install them.

Well that isn't right. ?:? Where did you buy it?

I bought it from Wild Horses whom had it dropped shipped from ARB. The box which I still have is a RD99 35 spline. Some assembler added one wrong inner piece.

I've always been impressed with ARB quality, I'm really surprised that slipped past QC.

Me too and they are top notch by sending me the part over night. I will be out over 6 hours with the tearing down and re assembling the carrier. And thankfully the customer is cool with their mishap.

Why didn't I see this thread last night? I just assembled my RD119 today and didn't even think to check the splines...now I'm going to be thinking about it all night. I'd just go check it, but it's sitting on a bench at work.

Very good advice for other reasons also.
I had trouble with a new axle where they roll the splines, there was some rolled up metal that would not pass though the ARB that had to be cleaned off.

Mistakes happen so from now on I will check any and all carriers first. So don't be lucky like me check them first. And I got the replacement part Sat. morning just like they said.
