NC Ford dog dish hub caps

Well if you can't afford the 66 hub caps I’ll sell you my mid 60’s Ford Galaxy caps for $50 plus shipping.
I already modified 2 to fit the front over the drive hub. They’re in real good shape. I attached pictures of the noticeable imperfections.

Crazy question, but on a non 66 / early 67 steel rim how are they held on (I have a 74 with factory steel wheels and would be interested in running them).
